If the OneVibeFest is postponed or rescheduled due to COVID, your festival pass(es) will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date.
Should you be unable to attend the new date for whatever reason, a refund will be given.

BAG POLICY
Bags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” You may also bring a clear, resealable, 1-gallon plastic storage bag and non-clear small clutch bags that don’t exceed 4” x 6.5.”
On a case-by-case basis, security may make exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy for parents of babies/toddlers with diaper bags, breastfeeding mothers, and those with documented medical needs.

LOCKER RENTALS & MOBILE CHARGING

When you reserve a locker online, you will receive an email 24-hours before the fest containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can simply find and use your locker. You will have unlimited access to your locker throughout the day.
Lockers will be offered in both the GA and VIP areas.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

The safety & security of our fans is of the utmost importance, and we will monitor and implement any precautionary measures as recommended by the CDC and local authorities. In support of this effort, numerous hand-sanitizing stations will be available for use throughout the festival grounds and on-site security and emergency medical staff will be present all weekend.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?

OneVibeFest is event design for adults 18 years and older and with a valid government ID.

If taking the OneVibeFest shuttle to and from the site, all festival-goers will need their own shuttle pass .

EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Same day re-entry will NOT be allowed once your ticket has been scanned. Once you exit the festival, you cannot re-enter on the same day.

ZERO DRUG TOLERANCE

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working onsite at our event, they will be inside and out. All narcotics laws will be strictly enforced at OneVibeFest. Please be responsible, and make wise choices.

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. This includes emptying pockets, bags, a full pat down, and possibly removing shoes.

TOTEM GUIDELINES

Maximum height is 10 feet.
Totems must be made from a lightweight material (ex. foam or PVC pipe / no solid metal totems will be allowed).
PVC, light wood or aluminum poles can be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter.
Decorated pool noodles are great for easy entrance through security.
Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
Any item pronounced dangerous will not be allowed.
Totems promoting illegal activities or speech that is hateful will not be permitted. Please remember it is all about the great vibes, make your totems with PLUR in mind.
